Omega-3 rich fish oil helps kids concentrate better and behave better

A daily dose of fish oils dramatically improves children's behaviour and concentration, according to a new study by Professor Robert Winston of Oxford University's health research unit. The study found that 40 per cent of children in Ireland exhibited less disruptive behaviour, had improved concentration, reading, writing and counting skills, and showed all-round improvements in general school performance when given fish oil supplements.
