Increased concentration in school age children
Omega-3 rich fish oil helps kids concentrate better and behave betterA daily dose of fish oils dramatically improves children's behaviour and concentration, according to a new study by Professor Robert Winston of Oxford University's health research unit. The study found that 40 per cent of children in Ireland exhibited less disruptive behaviour, had improved concentration, reading, writing and counting skills, and showed all-round improvements in general school performance when given fish oil supplements. |
